Choosing a widget

Most users start by choosing the sport, then the page format they need: a match page, a daily schedule, a standings table or a team page.

What can I build with Get Sport Widgets?

You can build embeddable sports widgets for football, tennis, basketball, hockey and American football. The available formats include match centers, daily schedules, league standings, team overviews, team next match blocks, rankings and top player widgets.

Which widget should I choose first?

Use a match widget for a single game or match page, a daily widget for a schedule or results page, a standings widget for competition pages, and team widgets for club or team pages.

Do I need technical knowledge to create a widget?

No. The builder lets you select the sport data, adjust the design and save the widget. After saving, you receive an embed code that can be pasted into your site.

PLANS

Free embeds and PRO upgrades

Every widget format can be embedded on the free plan. PRO changes the publishing experience by removing ads and branding, and by enabling odds where supported.

Which widgets are free?

All current widget formats can be saved and embedded on the free plan, including match centers, daily schedules, standings, rankings and team widgets across supported sports.

What does PRO change?

PRO removes Get Sport Widgets ads and branding from saved widgets, unlocks optional odds display for eligible widgets, and applies domain protection to the PRO-enhanced version of an embed.

Can I preview odds before upgrading?

Yes. You can preview odds in eligible builders. Publishing or copying an embed with odds enabled requires a PRO plan.

Do free widgets include promotion?

Free embeds may include a compact Get Sport Widgets promotion in eligible ad space. PRO usage is designed for a cleaner publishing experience.

DATA

Sports and coverage

Coverage depends on the sport, competition and widget type. The Sports & coverage page lists the current sports and competitions exposed in the product.

Which sports are supported?

Get Sport Widgets currently supports football, tennis, basketball, hockey and American football.

Where can I see available competitions?

The Sports & coverage page lists supported sports, competitions and widget formats. It is the best place to check whether the league or format you need is available.

Are widgets updated automatically?

Yes. Saved widgets load current sports data when they are viewed. Refresh timing depends on the widget type: live and daily widgets update more often, while slower-moving formats such as standings or rankings can refresh less frequently.

What happens if data is not available?

The widget shows an empty or unavailable state instead of breaking the page. You can choose another match, team, league or widget format from the builder.

DESIGN

Customization and display

The builders include shared appearance controls and widget-specific content controls, so the embed can match the page around it.

Can I change colors, fonts and spacing?

Yes. Builders include controls for theme, font family, font size, density, border radius and colors where supported by the widget.

Can I use dark mode?

Yes. Widgets support light, dark and automatic theme behavior. Auto mode follows common site markers and visitor system preference when no marker is present.

Can I hide parts of a widget?

Many widgets include content toggles. For example, match widgets can expose controls for logos, metadata, statistics, lineups or events depending on the sport and format.

Will the widget work on mobile?

Yes. Widgets are built to be responsive and to fit into narrow article columns, mobile pages and desktop layouts.

PUBLISHING

Embedding on your site

A saved widget gives you a permanent script embed that can be placed in a CMS block or directly in your website template.

How do I add a widget to my website?

Create the widget, save it, then copy the embed code. Paste that code into a Custom HTML block, an embed element or your site template.

Can I use the same widget on multiple pages?

Yes. The same embed code can be placed wherever that widget is relevant. If you edit and save the widget later, the permanent embed URL keeps serving the updated configuration.

Does the embed use an iframe?

The published script loads the widget in a way that keeps it isolated from most page styling issues and lets the widget report its own height to the host page.

Can I use it with WordPress, Webflow or Wix?

Yes. Use the platform's HTML, Custom HTML or Embed element and paste the widget code. Then preview the page to confirm the available width works well.

ACCOUNT

Saving and managing widgets

An account gives you permanent embed URLs, a dashboard, saved configurations and usage visibility.

Do I need an account?

You can explore builders without an account, but you need to sign in to save a widget and receive a permanent embed code.

What can I manage in the dashboard?

The dashboard lists saved widgets, active embeds, usage information and actions such as copying embed code, opening previews, archiving or reactivating widgets.

Can I edit a published widget?

Yes. Open the saved widget, adjust the configuration and save changes. The existing embed URL continues to serve the updated version.

What happens if I archive or delete a widget?

Archived widgets can be reactivated. Deleted widgets are removed from your library and their public embed stops working, while historical usage can remain in analytics.

HELP

Common issues

Most setup problems come from page width, missing saved state, blocked scripts or selecting a data item that has no current provider payload.

Why do I see a preview but no embed code?

You may not be signed in, or you may have enabled odds without an active PRO plan. Free embeds become available after saving the widget.

Why does the widget look too narrow or tall?

Check the container where you pasted the embed. Give the HTML block or template area enough width, and avoid placing the widget inside a heavily constrained element.

Why is my selected match or team missing data?

Some matches, teams or leagues may not have complete provider data at that moment. Try another item or check the coverage page for supported formats.

Can the widget inherit my site's styling?

The widget is intentionally isolated so your site CSS does not accidentally break it. Use the builder controls to match the widget to your design.
